Returns and refunds policy

You are not satisfied with your order? No problem: you have 14 days for requesting its return or substitution.

According to the European Directive 2011/83 which is implemented in Italy under the legislative act of December 3rd 2013, the client has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason without the need to provide explanations. The withdrawal right can be exercised by the client within the limit of 14 days after receiving the ordered items. The client will have to communicate to GPS MELE the willingness to exercise the right of withdrawal. The right can be exercised exclusively by the client-consumer represented by the physical person who purchases the items for reasons not referable to his or her professional activity and, consequently, without a VAT number indicated in the purchase form.

Note well:

• The withdrawal right from the contract cannot be exercised by customers that purchase using their VAT number.
• The withdrawal cannot be exercised if the original package and the complementary package kits are missing.
• It is not permitted o exercise the withdrawal on partial parts of the purchased product.

Return instructions:

1. To request the return authorization the client has to send an email to info@gpsmele.it within 14 days after the receipt of the order. In the email the client has to specify the order’s number, the items’ codes that need to be returned or reimbursed, and whether the request is a change of size or reimbursement. Once the return request is sent, GPS MELE will send to the client a confirmation email of request receipt.

2. The goods need to be packaged in a thorough way in order to avoid any damages during shipment. The original package needs to be used (you can use GPS MELE’s original package provided by double adhesive stripes which, in turn, is created purposely to facilitate the return procedure) and the product has to be complete and in all its original parts and components.

3. To make a return from outside the EU, you must take care of the shipping and send us the product(s) you wish to return, at your own expense.

Upon arrival of the returned items GPS MELE will proceed in verifying the integrity of the items and the presence of all their original components and will proceed in reimbursing through the same payment method used at the payment.

Reimbursement methods

The company reimburses all the payments received by the customer without delays and within 14 days from the date in which the returned items were received.

The company reimburses using the same payment method used by the client for the initial transaction unless otherwise specified by the client and provided that no additional costs are involved. For orders paid cash on delivery, reimbursement can only be provided either through accreditation on credit card or bank account or paypal account.spressamente convenuto altrimenti e a condizione che questi non debba sostenere alcun costo quale conseguenza del rimborso. The customer is solely responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods whether resulting by their misuse beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. The customer should only manipulate and inspect the items in the same allowed way the nature, characteristics and functioning of the items are checked in a shop or store. Consequently, during the withdrawal period, the consumer should handle and inspect the items with due diligence.

In the event of damage to the product during shipping, IDEALSUPERSTORE will notify the Customer of what occured (within five working days of receipt of the product in its warehouses), in order to enable the customer to immediately file a complaint to the courier chosen and obtain the refund of the item’s value (if insured by the customer).
