Withdrawal right

Withdrawal right for GPS Mele Products: the customer has the right to withdraw from any order concerning GPS Mele Products without providing any reason and without any declaration provided that it is explicit and expressed to GPS Mele. The customer who intends to return the purchased products can use the return label received along with the order or can print a new one via his personal page accessible from GPS Mele’s website. If the customer does not have access to a printer and has problems downloading the return label, the Customer Service can be contacted to request a new one (see the contact details indicated at the bottom of the page). Please always use the return label provided by GPS Mele in order to avoid unnecessary additional costs.

Information regarding the withdrawal right (pursuant to art. 49, paragraph 1, letter (h) of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 "Consumer Code"): The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without indicating the reasons, within 14 days. The withdrawal right expires after 14 days starting from the day on which the customer or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by the customer, acquires physical possession of the last good ordered. In the case of a contract relating to multiple goods ordered by the customer in one order and delivered separately, the 14-day period starts from the day on which the customer or a third party, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the last ordered item. To exercise the withdrawal right, the customer must inform GPS Mele (Mele Fashion srl Via Luigi Ciminelli 23, Francavilla in Sinni 85034 PZ fax: +39 0973 644335, e-mail: info@gpsmele.it) of the contract withdrawal through explicit communication such as a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail. It is also possible to send an explicit withdrawal declaration electronically. In this case, GPS Mele will immediately send a confirmation receipt of the withdrawal, generally by email. The withdrawal set deadline is to be considered respected if the customer submits the withdrawal declaration before the expiry of the 14-day term starting from the day on which the customer or a third party, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the last ordered good.
